Our Wedding Catering Process
1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a conversation — typically via video call or phone — to understand your vision: the venue, the guest count, your culinary preferences, dietary requirements, and the atmosphere you want to create. This consultation is free and without obligation.
2. Menu Design & Proposal
Based on our discussion, Thomas designs a bespoke wedding menu and provides a detailed proposal including menu options, staffing plan, and a transparent quote. We offer tastings for couples who wish to experience the dishes before the big day.
3. Planning & Coordination
In the weeks before your wedding, we coordinate closely with your wedding planner, venue, and any other suppliers to ensure seamless logistics. We handle ingredient sourcing, equipment, staff recruitment, and all culinary preparations.
4. The Big Day
On the day itself, our team arrives early to set up. Every dish is prepared à la minute, plated with precision, and served with warmth and professionalism. From the cocktail hour to the last dessert, we take care of everything — so you can simply enjoy every moment.

What Sets Our Wedding Catering Apart
How far in advance should I book wedding catering? We recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for summer weddings (June–September) and popular venues on the Île de Ré and in Bordeaux. Early booking ensures the best availability and allows time for menu development and tastings.
Can you offer a tasting before the wedding? Yes. We offer tasting sessions for couples who wish to experience the menu before their wedding day. Tastings can be arranged at a convenient location or via a specially prepared tasting box.
What is the minimum and maximum guest count? We cater weddings from intimate ceremonies of 20 guests to grand celebrations of up to 500 guests. The team size and logistics are adapted to the scale of your event.
Do you provide waiting staff and service equipment? Yes. Our service includes a full team of chefs, sous chefs, maîtres d’hôtel, and waiting staff. We can also provide or coordinate glassware, tableware, linen, and any other equipment required for your venue.
Can you cater for multicultural weddings with different dietary needs? Absolutely. We have experience catering for weddings with mixed dietary requirements — vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, and allergen-free options. Every guest’s needs are respected without compromising on quality or presentation.
What is included in the price? Our wedding catering quote includes menu design, ingredient sourcing, full kitchen brigade, preparation, cooking, plating, table service, and kitchen cleanup. Additional services such as staff, equipment hire, or floral arrangements are quoted separately.
