During your stay: Thomas shops each morning at the finest local markets and producers, then prepares every meal fresh in your kitchen. Dishes are plated to restaurant standard and served at the time of your choosing. The kitchen is left spotless after every service.
What’s included: Menu design, ingredient sourcing, preparation, cooking, plating, service, and full kitchen cleanup. Tableware, linen, and additional service staff can be arranged upon request.

Is a private chef only for large groups? Not at all. Thomas regularly cooks for couples, small families, and groups of friends. Whether you are two guests or thirty, the experience is tailored to your group size and the intimacy of the occasion.
Can I choose what the chef prepares? Absolutely. Every menu is designed around your preferences. You can share your favourite dishes, ingredients you love (or dislike), and any dietary requirements. Thomas will then create a bespoke menu proposal for your approval.
Does the chef bring the ingredients? Yes. Thomas sources all ingredients himself from local markets, fishmongers, and artisan producers. The cost of ingredients is included in the service or quoted separately depending on the arrangement.
Can you accommodate allergies and special diets? Yes. Thomas has extensive experience with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, kosher, and halal diets. All dietary requirements are discussed before your stay.
What is the difference between a private chef and a caterer? A private chef works in your own kitchen and is dedicated entirely to your household for the duration of the engagement. A caterer typically prepares food off-site and delivers it. With Exclusive Private Chef, everything is freshly prepared à la minute in your villa, offering a far more personal and flexible experience.
